This demo explores how manufacturing parameters affect the mechanical properties of a recycled polymer composite part — in real time. The 3D model shows a bearing bracket with physics-predicted stress, temperature, and other fields color-mapped onto the surface.
Drag the sliders to change melt temperature, recycled content blend ratio, glass fiber reinforcement, and cooling rate. Each change instantly recomputes the full physics prediction — the 3D heatmap, material properties, and compliance status all update together.
Select a field to visualize different physical quantities: stress distribution, thermal profile, displacement, crystallinity, or fire resistance.
Material Properties on the right show predicted values with pass/fail badges against aerospace certification thresholds. When all checks pass, the part is marked FAA Eligible.
Traditional simulation tools (Ansys, COMSOL) take hours to days per configuration. Niva's physics engine computes the same predictions in milliseconds, enabling engineers to explore hundreds of formulations interactively — turning weeks of trial-and-error into minutes of guided exploration.
